Wow what an amazing stay. My partner and I went up for a weekend to ski at okemo and we were not disappointed with this hotel. 30 min from okemo, great breakfast, kind staff. The pool looked clean and well maintained, very big. Fitness center with some dumbbells and treadmill. Rooms clean and spacious. Especially appreciated the heating light in the bathroom. Bed and sheets comfy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again
I have stayed at hotels for most of the past two months in various states/cities and Faye is by far the most professional, informative and welcoming staff member I’ve encountered in all my stays. In addition, everyone other staff member I’ve encountered at the best western in Springfield has been warm, welcoming and exactly what you want you would as a traveler. Such a beautiful location and perfect spot being near all the resorts you can think of. Faye at the front desk is the most pleasant and amazing girl that helped me out with all my accommodations and in the nicest manner anyone could ever ask for!
I had a great stay at BW Hotel. The staff were wonderful—Emily was especially friendly and helpful when we checked in, which made a great first impression. The environment was pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. If you’re skiing in Okemo, this hotel is a nice place to stay and is only about a 30-minute drive away. I would definitely recommend it.
My wife and I drove five hours in a snowstorm from Maine to Springfield for surgery the next morning, and Michael at the front desk made the entire stay easy when it could’ve been stressful. He was flexible with check-in, helpful right from the start, and clearly takes pride in taking care of guests. Top-notch service and genuinely appreciated during a long, nerve-wracking trip. Highly recommend!
Michael at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He was very welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took his time to rate the local restaurants, and give us details as to what type of food they had and his recommendations. Awesome service and clean rooms. If we ever visit again, we will be staying here!
